郑州永威城·观澜庭位于郑州市十八里河区域，东临十八里河，南接南水北调工程，是郑州形象南出入口。同时，紧邻中州大道、郑新路，宇通路贯穿片区，城际及城内交通便利。项目集商务、办公、餐饮、医疗、教育、居住等为一体，规划打造成为郑州南部门户的高端生态城区。

The project is located in Zhengzhou Shibalihe area, which is connected to the South-North Water Diversion Project and as the southern entrance to Zhengzhou. Meanwhile, it is close to Zhongzhou Avenue and Zhengxin Road, and Yutong Road runs through the area, providing convenient intra-city transportation. The project integrates business, office, catering, medical, education and residence, and is planned to become a high-end ecological urban area.

轴线景观，归家巷道。静水汀步，雾气云浮，两侧栽种的乌桕绿荫抱团，细叶芒与朴树在风中摇曳多姿，洒下一地斑驳。树木的阵阵仪式感，营造密林夹道的归家尊荣，自然纯粹，别具意境。森林花语，飞鸟啼鸣，脚下是旖旎水景，入眼为诗意园庭。

Walk along the axis into the home. Walking along the wooded waterfront, the green shade of the tallow trees planted on either side, the miscanthus sinensis and the celtis sinensis sway in the wind. The ritualistic burst of trees creates the dignity of a dense forested pathway. Pure nature and a unique atmosphere. Feel the ecological oxygen of the forest and think of a beautiful poetic life.

风起风平，自由自在。幽林小道、树下廊亭、石下清泉都成了风停留歇息的场所。随风落脚观澜亭，且游且赏。设计引河水之势，水上置亭，缓坡条石、密林绿丘掩映其中，倚亭观水之态。

The wind is free, wandering and resting as it pleases. Paths in the forest, pavilions under the trees and springs under the rocks all become places for the wind to stop and rest. Follow the wind to the Guanlan Pavilion and enjoy the view from the water. The pavilion is designed to draw water from the river.

与山水融为一体的观澜之亭，观叶落浮水，聆花香鸟语。山杏、朴树枝繁叶茂，黑松、尾草亭亭玉立，感受园林的层次肌理；片刻休息互道之间，收藏人生的丰盛意境。

Beside the pavilion, the apricot and tallow trees are lush with leaves, while the black pine and tail grass standing in, allowing you to feel the layered texture of the garden.

“驱烟寻涧户，卷雾出山楹。”风，停留在山谷，吹动是音符。自然浓荫处，风光佳境地，是生活的至美底色，更是居者的内心境地。宅间打造水杉林氧吧，移步异景，四季缤纷，层层景致演绎森林秘境。

The wind, which stays in the valley, blows a note. The natural shade is the most beautiful colour of life, but also the inner realm of the residents. The Sequoia forest oxygen bar is created between the residences, with different scenery at every step and in all seasons, with layers of scenery interpreting the forest secret.

慢下来的风，铺开水色的下午，用脚步挽留这一天的光阴，在静籁中发现孩子们的笑语欢声。林荫环绕的活动场地，染上绮丽梦幻的自然色彩，描绘不仅属于孩子的绘本童话，让好奇心的种子飞向文化、自然和未来。

Slowing down the wind, spreading the watery colours in the afternoon, retaining the day with your feet and discovering the laughter and joy of the children. Surrounded by woods and coloured by the nature, the event depicts a fairy tale that is not only for children, allowing the seeds of curiosity to fly towards culture, nature and the future.

携清风相伴，以诗意入画，居于自然，匠心无痕。归家，即是一场穿越公园的旅程。设计匠心营造多重立体园林景观，或樱花夹道，或银杏成林，桂花、春娟满铺归途，焕发入户空间之精致美感。推开一扇窗棂，总能看见一片绿色，敞开一扇心扉，总能享受一份愉悦，沉浸繁华都市快节奏生活下一方清净的生态花园居住社区。

Accompanied by the breeze, with poetry in the picture, living in nature. Returning home is a journey through the park. The design creates multiple three-dimensional landscapes, including cherry blossom lanes, ginkgo forests, laurel and spring flowers, showing exquisite beauty of the entry space. When openning a window, you can always see a piece of greenery, and when openning heart, you can always enjoy a pleasure, immersing yourself in a pure ecological garden living community under the fast-paced life of a busy city.

清风裹挟了十八里河畔的爽冽气息，徐徐而来；仪式威严的入口门楼、错落有致的单体建筑、满溢出园的芳菲景致……拉起欢迎的帷幕。一起跟着风的脚步，归家入园，感受如诗如画的岸居生活。

The breeze carries the refreshing scent of the Shibali River, comes slowly; the majestic entrance gate, the staggered monolithic buildings and the fragrant scenery overflowing out of the garden ...... draws the curtain of welcome. Follow the footsteps of the wind, return home to the garden and experience the picturesque shore life.

项目提取树的枝干、根系与叶片脉络为设计语言运用到设计之中，将树的精神与寓意反应到园区，追求现代景观设计与生态景观的共融，倚树谈笑叶隙间，立轩观澜公园里。

Our design extracts the branches, roots and leaves of the trees as the design language, reflecting the spirit and meaning of the trees in the park, and pursuing the integration of modern landscape design and ecological landscape.

△ 设计灵感

项目内部一纵三横景观中轴，澜园观水、杉林听涛、竹园对弈、翰林园、绿径系统、乐活亲子、长乐康体、私家宅院等八大景观空间点缀其间，五重立体参与式园林，同时，专注对植物主题群落的研究和落地，构建起层次分明的景观体系，营造出公园里的社区生活。

Inside the project, a vertical and three horizontal landscape central axis is created, with eight landscape spaces dotted around, including Guanlan Garden, Metasequoia Forest, Bamboo Garden, Hanlin Garden, Green Trail System, Playground, Recreation Ground and Private Residence, and a five-fold three-dimensional participatory garden. At the same time, we focuse on the research and landing of plant theme communities to build up a layered landscape system and create a community life in a park.

本项目的植物设计以四季林意为主题，打造了竹林、水杉林、银杏林、枫林、杏林、樱花林等主题林。变化的林意氛围，不变的独具特色。春夏是树影斑驳，秋冬是如霞如火，树干在阳光之间缥缈，叶子在四季中转化。

The plant design of this project is based on the theme of forestry in all seasons, creating thematic forests such as bamboo, sequoia, ginkgo, maple, apricot and cherry trees. The plant atmosphere changes with the seasons, each with a unique character. Dense greenery in spring and summer, and rich colours in autumn and winter, allow the park to grow in the community.
